Upon successful payment of the course fees, students will be granted access to the Decode Data dashboard, materials, and live sessions. Access is non-transferable and strictly for personal educational use.
All videos, assignments, notes, and curriculum provided by Decode Data are protected by copyright. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any course materials.
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior. Decode Data reserves the right to suspend the enrollment of any student found engaging in harassment or disruptive behavior, without a refund.
At Decode Data, we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering, including your name, email, and phone number. We do not store your credit card or bank details; these are securely processed by Razorpay.
We use the data to create your account, process payments, deliver course materials, issue certificates, and send administrative information.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers (like our payment gateway) to operate our platform.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Partial payments made to reserve a seat in an upcoming batch are strictly non-refundable.
If you have paid the full fee and find the program is not a good fit, you may request a refund within 7 days of the batch start date. Requests made after 7 days will not be processed.
To request a cancellation within the eligible window, email admin@decodedata.in with your Full Name, Email, and Transaction ID. Approved refunds will be credited back within 5-7 business days.
